Jayne Murrel Flinn
Jayne Murrel Flinn, President, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of asset/property management, development/construction, leasing and structuring the financial aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her institutional background in construction, permanent and joint venture financing gives her the analytical and financial expertise and discipline required in each transaction. Ms. Flinn’s background includes a strong involvement in institutional asset management and turning properties from deferred or under managed to quality and top performing assets. She is involved in every aspect of the management, leasing, construction, administration and accounting for Flinn West’s management portfolio. Ms. Flinn has a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Deborah Westerlund, CPM®, is Vice President and oversees all property management, leasing and construction of the company. A graduate of UC Irvine and past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), she has been in the property management/leasing/development business for over 25 years and has had Senior oversight responsibility including accounting, management, and leasing for projects such as Koll Center Irvine and Newport (each 1.3 million SF office portfolios), Koll Tustin Business Center (600,000 SF industrial portfolio), 850,000 SF office portfolio for Spieker Properties and a 2.5 million SF prime office portfolio for Trammel Crow in West Los Angeles. She has strong institutional experience working with Connecticut General (CIGNA), Aetna Investment Group, USF&G, Prudential and Copley Advisors, to name a few. Deborah has been with Flinn West for nearly 10 years and is known for her strong skill set of property management and marketing/leasing within the industry.
Brian Cleugh is responsible for managing development, overseeing construction, conducting financial analysis, acquisitions/dispositions, and assisting with asset and property management. He has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with broad professional experience in finance, development, and construction management. Prior to joining FW, Mr. Cleugh was Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring construction loans and bridge loans. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a Licensed California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Cleugh holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Ann Lemmon, CPA, has been with FW for nearly 10 years and is a skilled accounting professional and financial analyst who oversees the accounting, financing and administration for the company, including insurance, legal, reporting and contract management. She handles all of the debt and equity management and is skilled at the daily, monthly and annual reporting in addition to interfacing with lenders and partners. Her background includes institutional accounting, auditing, and financial analysis in the Real Estate Division of Pacific Life. Additionally, she worked for over 6 years at Deloitte Touche, one of the largest accounting firms in the country. She graduated with a BS in Accounting at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
